At the Airport
Check-in on Oneclick Airways flights starts 3 hours and closes 50 minutes before departure. In some cases, the airport check-in desk closes earlier. Please find below the list of airports with earlier closing times:

If you have special requests, special needs, or are traveling with pre-booked assistance, please check in 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure to make sure that we can complete the check-in procedure on time.
The airline is not responsible for passengers who are late for check-in or boarding. The company does not delay departures for late-arriving passengers in order to adhere to the schedule. Once check-in has closed, late-arriving passengers will not be permitted to check in.
Prior to your flight, please ensure that essential and valuable items such as medicines, jewelry, and electronic equipment are carried in your carry-on luggage and not sent in your checked baggage.
Online Check-in
Oneclick Airways provides an online check-in service on its official website. Online check-in starts 48 hours and ends 4 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Online Check-in service is available for:
- Passengers with a confirmed booking and electronic tickets.
- Bookings containing up to 9 persons in a single record.
Online Check-in service is not available for:
- Group bookings.
- Passengers included in special categories.
- Passengers traveling with an infant.
Passengers can purchase a chargeable seat during online check-in; otherwise, a seat will be assigned based on availability.
Requirements:
- You must print your boarding card.
- If you are traveling with checked baggage, it must be dropped off at the assigned airport desk no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Present the printed boarding card at the gate with your travel documents no later than 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Some airport authorities do not accept online boarding passes. In such cases, you will be required to replace it at the dedicated check-in counters of your flight during regular opening hours.
Boarding
Boarding is the final step before departure. Oneclick Airways starts boarding 50 minutes before takeoff and follows a specific order to ensure efficiency.
- Check airport monitors for your flight number; gates can change at the last minute.
- Have your boarding pass (digital or paper) and passport ready.
- Arrive at the gate early; boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Late passengers will not be allowed on board.
Infants and Children
Infants (Under 2 years old)
An infant is a minor who has not yet reached his/her second birthday. Infants are not provided with a separate passenger seat; they must remain on a parent’s or guardian's lap and will be provided with an infant seat belt.
- Only one infant is allowed per accompanying adult over 18 years of age (or 16, if within the same family).
- Newborn babies under 7 days old may not be accepted for travel.
- If an infant reaches the age of two during the journey, they must be assigned a passenger seat.
Baby Strollers:
- Transportation of baby strollers is free of charge.
- Strollers may be taken up to the aircraft entrance.
- They must be labeled at check-in and will be stowed in the hold using a ‘delivery at aircraft’ label.
Children (2 to 12 years old)
A child is a minor between 2 and 12 years old. Children must have a regular passenger ticket, pay the applicable child fare, and occupy an individual passenger seat.
